Roumiguiere Vineyards is a family operation growing premium wine grapes in Lake County, California. We have been growing grapes in this region since 1979 and currently our planted acreage is slightly over 500 acres on four different locations throughout Lake County.

We grow a number of different varieties of premium wine grapes that include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Petite Verdot, Malbec, Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Canelli, and Johannesburg Riesling.

Our vineyards are planted on state-of-the-art vertical or open lyre trellis systems. All of our vineyards have overhead frost protection where necessary and all have drip irrigation with fertigation systems. Our grapes are grown in various soil types ranging from mountain red volcanic soil of the Red Hills Appellation to sandy, gravelly loam of the Big Valley area. We work closely with wineries to produce the quality characteristics, sugars and acids they demand. We pride ourselves in excellent communication and service throughout the growing season and especially during harvest.
